Hello, I’m Mike Stanfield. My life has always been driven by creativity and curiosity. Born and raised in the heart of the Midwest, my passion for storytelling began in grade school, quickly joined by a love for music in junior high that led to playing in professional bands.
That creative foundation naturally carried into my career as an Architectural Designer. Designing blueprints and structures taught me the art of visual storytelling—setting the stage for the literary narratives I craft today.
During those early years, I met Linda, a captivating girl in my hometown library who became my wife and lifelong partner. Together, we’ve been blessed with two sons, a daughter, seven grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter.
Now happily retired, Linda and I cherish this season of life together, while I fully devote my time to music and writing—finally becoming the author I always aspired to be.
